Growth Portfolio Planner updated

The Growth Portfolio Planner spreadsheet was updated (r5) to include;

Able to handle any number of years of historical data and plot graphs correcly
For the Growth Portfolio tab, added a return and standard deviation table for all investments
Added error messages if asset allocation is not correctly entered
Fixed graphs to display correctly when less than 15 years of data is used
Changed the example portfolio data tabs
Updated README tab to reflect changes

The Excel, Open Office, and Libre Office files are available in the download location provided with prior purchase.
