The Real Estate calculator was updated to r3 and includes some new features and an improved layout. Changes include;

• Adding Home Owners Association input to all mortgage loan tabs.

• Added a new "Mortgage Compare" tab to allow you to see the difference between 2 different mortgages that start on the same date. Helpful to see differences in interest rate changes or paying "points" to lower the interest rate. Or, a conventional vs. an Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM)

• Cleaned up the loan inputs to include either the down payment as a dollar amount or a percentage.

• Cleaned up the Mortgage Refi tab, adding notes to explain the results.

• Fixed the Affordability tab to properly take PMI into account in the calculation. Also, cleaned up the layout and added explanatory notes.
